G. J. Krivers -- Last night 12:30 Mr. Goodman & Crowder came in said they hit colored man edge town. I went out man lying back on ridge of pavement feet off. Crowder asked for doctor . . . Charlie Nrivers he said - I was sitting in the middle of road pulled shoes off. Lay down in road said he had been drinking which Goodman was not drinking. no signs off pavement . .
