Nannie Miller being sworn ses I Am a wife of the disease when I wake up the lamp was burning and he was gone to fead alittle boy we have got heare he all ways woke him to make a fire and I dozed of to sleep and I woke I woke the little boy and told him to make a fire then I woke up my too girls the oldest one come out and told me I never saw him to day until my daughter told me he was lying out there in the yard & she asked me if I knew what was the matter with hime. He complained of a pain in his back in the fore part of the night. He was dead when I first saw him today. His body was warm when I got to him. This was before sun rise. He never complained yesterday & worked all day. He often complained of a pain about his heart. He took no medicine that I knowo of
