Pearly Oliver being sworn say . . . I came home and I found her dead. I left home about 9 o'clock. She was as well as she had been for 3 weeks. She was complaining some with a headache. She has been complaining all the winter with pains and spells of bad pains at her heart . . . She was on bed when I Came, I saw not wounds. She had vomited on the pillows.
