I examined the body of Leola Sellers. I found . . . bruises on the front of body on right side on leg and face and head. The neck was broken. . . The child was killed by being stuck by an automobile. Dr. T. Teal, M.D.
Witness . . . I seen child gone road car at that time was at least 700 yds from child -- Child went to [???] at road and the back to yard by time the child had gotten ridge of road car came up hit the car that hit the child was driven by Marion Johnson
