Jordon Duly Sworn Says I am the mother of deceased some days back the baby seamed be to Sick on the night of the 10th Dec The child at bed time was sryitn at 3 oclock I nursed the child and I dropped off to sleep during it sucking I did not wake up any more until morning when I got up I did not notice child I got breakfast & then went to Child & found it dead the child was about five week old. I had not given child any medicine. It seamed to be a sickly Child.
