Sebram Walsh sworn says That W. Thos Walsh decd on the 15th Jany Inst about one or two oclock P. M. went to run out some hog out of field did not see him anymore Till search was made & found him about two hundred fifty yards from house dead do not think any violence used. . .
T. E. Lucas M. D. Sworn, States that he saw no marks of violence on body of W. T. Welsh and believed that death was caused by some natural cause of causes unknown to him.
