R. D. Smith Sworn Says Me Frank Davis Peter Parker& Willie Parker went squirel hunting . . . The Dogs treeded a squirel up a Dead pine Tree I shot & the squirel went in a quin tree we then cut the quin tree down the Squirel then jumped in a nother quin tree we then cut the quin tree When we were cutting the last quin tree I told Willie to move . . . I then cut the tree down & it knoced down a nother quin tree I then jumped on the log of tree & did not hear any thing from Willie I then looked & saw him down I then ran to him & then called the other Boys &told them Willies Brains was mashed out By the tree there was no mollace between none of us as I new of I hope to bring Willie home
