Fourth Witness, Wm Blakney, Colored, being duly sworn testified that he had seen Tom W. Walters between 8 and 9 o'clock having met him on the street at that him. He asked me If I could get him some alcohol. There was nobody with him at the time. I did not seen him again after this.
