Mrs Dolly Oliver Being Sworn Says Ed Oliver come after me this morning and I come and deceased breathing some after I got here, deceased was laying on the floor when I got here. I do not know what caused the death of Susan Oliver. The deceased is my sister she has been complain most all of the month of cold. I have not heard complaining of any heart trouble only said that she believed she was going to have pneumonia. . . deceased was about 40 years of age, was the mother of seven children, baby going on 2 years old, the baby still nursed. I live about three hundred yards from the deceased. . .
