Dr R. H. Edmunds being duly sworn says That on the morning of the twenty first of December 1882 He was called by Thomas Vaugh to go and see W.T. Reid who was lying in the road. On inspection Deponent found W.T. Ried dead. He was lying on his left side with part of his head partly in a pool of water half of his face and left nostril being under the water.
