Frank Stephen Sworn Says he lives on the Desport place in Fairfield County and that he saw nothing rong with his child last night that sometime in the night it cryed and his wife put it on the out side and he then went to sleep at about four Oclock this morning his wife called him saying that she believed her baby was dead he got up and assisted in bathing it and when he saw that it did not recover he went for one of his neighbors and they came and said your child is dead, the deceased is something over three months old a little boy but it was not named.
