Austin Mitchel said he saw the boy Isam upon the tree on which he hanged himself on the evening previous to the morning on which he was found hanging and desired him to come down which the boy refused to do on the next morning the 7th of December when he went... his hogs he was hanging by a trace chain and was dead this taken before the Jury of Inquest...
