Wm Power Esq Sworn saith that on Thursday Morning the 19th of the present Month Thomas Owens & Tolavar Owens came to his house Thomas Owen Demanded of him a peace warrant for Wm Owens that him and Wm had a difficulty the evening before and that Thomas said that he thew a large stick at Wm and cut a large gash in his face which Knocked him down when Wm came to he asked him Thomas what he hurt him for he told him Wm that he was running after him with a pistol and a Knife threatening to Kill him Wm said it was a damned lie he Thos said he struck him a severe Blow across the neck which knocked him down as he thought dead but he came to after some half hour.
