Newton Baily says that Huggins the deceased, came running Jay was Standing at the door. Huggins picked up a plank Jay reached Back and picked up an axe. Struck at the deceased as he was running. Jay run at the Deceased and as he jumped the fence he threw the axe at him. The deceased went to a tree & sat down. The deceased came down to the house cursing and throwing rocks...
