Ben Saxon Being sworn says About half past 3 Oclock on the 25 day of Dec 1890 Tisue Dial came after my father Mack Saxon and myself saying her husband Ned Dial was dead we went with her to her house and found Ned Dial lying on his back dead with a pillow under his head. We saw no marks of violence or foul play and moved him in the house. I saw no one about the place but Tisue Dial his wife.
