E L Murphy who being duly sworn deposes and say Is conductor of train No 23 on GC & N RR When train of witness was coming in to Clinton. Deceased was on the 5th car from rear of train loeaded with. Shingles. Witness was on top of the 4th car. Deceased made an attempt to hop over the flat car and slipped some loose shingles and fell between the fourteen and fifteen cars, and the four cars and caboose rolled on him and killed him...
