Thos Bailey Sworn Sayes he was at the cotton gin of Mr Thos L Badgett on Saturday the 2nd inst, was in the Hinhouse when the Engine busted, I got out and went round to the Engine. I saw Martin Wheeler, in the arms of Alfred Black
