Alfred Black Sworn sayes he was at Mr Badgetts gin on Saturday the 2nd inst when the boiler busted... Frank Horne was running the Engine, I did not think he was a careful Engineer, I have ran a little myself, and I don't think he was as careful as he ought to be.
