At the request of Dr J. P. Hunter Trial Justice I saw and examined the dead body of George Dillard It is my opinion that the said George Dillard had a stroke of apoplexy on the night of the 31st of January 1885 and either fell dead into the fire, or burned to death after he had fallen into the fire.
