Jack Littlejohn who being duly sworn deposes and says Is a Rail road hand, and in company with deceased When witness and deceased got on the Badgetts Mill Trestle they heard the train and witness got off and tried to het deceased off but could not get him off... Witness saw deceased when he fell of the trestle, he was then dead...
