William Dickerson sworn sayes I knew LW Warren, Section Master on G.C. & N. R.R. He was going out to some work - was on the Lever with four of his hands, he held his flag staff a man on the Rear end of the train held one end, And kept the Lever close up to the train. The train was running hast the jack fell off the Lever, and caused the Lever to jump up and throw Mr Warren out on the ground. All but myself fell off. I stopped the Lever and went back to them at once. Mr Warren was breathing, but never spoke. Died in a few minutes. I am one of the section hands under Mr Warren.
