Rebecca Ricahrdson being duly sworn says I was in the field at work I heard the deceased screaming. I ran towards the screaming when I got to her she was very severely burned her clothing were nearly all burnt off except the body of her dress we brought her to the house I sent for a Doctor... When I left the house in the morning I left the deceased who is about five years old and also another child about three years old I didn't leave much fire in the fire place and I cautioned the children not to go to near the fire the deceased told me that she picked up some chips and threw them on the fire and her dress caught. I am the grandmother of the deceased and raised her myself I done all I could to save her life...
