Frank Keele (Sworn) Evidence taken on the view of the dead body of Ebby Says That on the Sixth day of Sept. that Ebby left his hous elate in the Evening Saw no more of Ebby till next Morning the 7.th found him in a ditch dead, don't know of any Person having any enmity against Ebby
