Jane Cossee, Sworn: Saith she heard Pinckney Watts say he would Kill John Rhodes if he could find him, This occurred the day before fall court 1852: Watts said, he was hunting John Rhodes, when he said so, John Rhodes went over to where witness lived that day before she saw watts after him, She heard a fuss after dark in the woods at the end of John Williamson's field; but could not understand what was said, Pinckney Watts had been gone about two or Three hours before she heard the fuss. She has not seen or heard from John Rhodes since that time.
