J. Parker, Faircloth said he wanted sattisfaction now. Hcks and Faircloth, stepted into the Negro House where the boy Tilson was, Tilson drew his ax, and said to them stop, Faicloth advanced towards the Boy Tilson, the boy Tilson struck Faircloth with his ax, they Faircloth & Tilson closed and fell, when Faicloth arose, he said I am a dead man, Called to Ricks to assist him, got Faircloth to his House, remained there until he died
