Henry Cook Sworn Says I live on the Smith place in Fairfield County this morning the 27 of Mar 1892 A short Time before daylight I was in my bed a sleep and heard Bacon call Laura Walker and say that aunt Mary had fell over I got up immediately and went to the fire place where she was lying on her right side I commenced rubing her but she never spoke but once and said lord have mercy. I tryed to give her some soda water thinking she might have the colic but she could not take it she did not breath more than a quarter of an hour. I all no sent [?] for some of my neighbors. The deceased was my wife and complained very often of a misery in her head.
