Delia Powell Sworn Says the deceased Maria Powell is her mother that she had been complaining of being unwell the last and had got some medicine from the Doctor in Winnsboro. And yesterday evening witness gave her a dose of the medicine and went out of the house stayed a short time, when she went back in the house she found her mother sitting in the chair leaning over on her papas bed where he was lying sick. Witness says she called to her papa and told him her mother was dead, her papa got up and rubbed deceased with camphor, her papa Jerry Powell has been sick a long time.
