Prince Cole sworn and Testafies I was standin on the other end of the bridge on the Lexington side of the river I saw Mr Elkin sitting in the cab door, after the cab passed the clear post Mr Elkin jumped off still holding to the door, he run five or six steps with the train, the train pulled him on the track, the hand trucks passed over both of his legs, I dont know wher he got on the train, it was a freight train. I did not see any one in the cab with him. I think he lived about one hour and a half after he was run over, the accident happened about one O'clock.
