Transcription: 

Louis Aiken Sworn says About 6 Oclock P.M. on the 22d May 1887 Pinkie Lemmon who is company with four or five others, was seated in Beauregard Glenn's house chatting and laughing, suddenly fell backwards on the floor, she made a slight effort to rise and failed. Jim Whitman and Fannie Glenn laid her on a bed she struggled for a few breaths after being placed on the bed and then expired.
