Adline Posy being duly Sworn says that she came down to the river alone one hour by Sun, she saw a dead Body lying in the water which she took to be the body of Jack Thomas. I then ran up the hill & call for help I knew him to be subject to spasms The spot in the water where I saw the body, was the regular fishing place of the drowned man.
