April Russle Sworn & testified. I left Deceased up stairs last knight about nine oclock went down stairs to Bed he complained said he expected he would be sick last knight this morning about sunrise my son Joe come up stairs for his gun, found deceased dead I come up stairs after my son and found deceased dead lying on his bed he was warm and did not appear to have ben dead long I have no I dear what caused his death. Joseph Russle Sworn & testified I come up stairs this morng after my gun and found Abram Baker Dead he was as well as usual last knight he worked all day as usual yesterday I cant Say what caused his death. [Maria Russle confirms previous testimony] Dr. J. J. Robertson Sworn & testified that he made a post-mortem Examination of the body of Abram Baker (assisted by E. [?] Medical Student) and was not able to Say what was the cause of death. The heart & brain were carefully Examined & no organ disease of Either found. There was Engorgement of lungs and loin[?] but not more than might have taken place in the act of dying. The most probable cause of death was "Aujina[?] Pertous[?] a neurolgic affection of the heart which does not always have mark of organ disease
