Martin Bird sworn & Testified I heard Juliar hollowing I got out of bed & ran down to the house where Racel MrKinstry was on fire I assisted Frank McKinstry in putting the fire out, her clother being burned almost intirley off of her. Juliar Johnson swor & testified I heard deceas hollow I broke open the fore found decease n the fire I ran to the bed woke her two brothers told them Rachal was in the fire they pulled her out & was picking the fire off when Mr Robinson came in and assisted us in puting the fire out.
