The Evidence of Miss Rebecca Bean. Said that she Expected that her mother would dround herself, on last Sunday she started to the river to dround hirself, and they saw her and brought hir back, and she said that she would come back but it would be the last time that she would come back for she intended to dround hirself and if they saw the [?] on the [?] they might know where she was, and this morning while they were at breakfast they saw hir going towards the river, and nearly [?] it, she and hir brothers persued hir and when they got to the ferry, they saw her bonet and shay[?] lying in the flast and she was gone. The Evidence of Smith Hardin said that he heard the alarm and went in search for Mrs Beam, and in about 3 hours after she got in the river, found hir drifted up against some willows in the water dead it being some distance below the ferry, he has no doubt but she jumped out of the flat and the water being strong carried hir down to where he found her
