The State vs. the Dead Body of James McCants

was lying on his back with his right leg badly broken, back part of his head dredfully bruised & cut often, and apparently not breathing for a few minutes when he began to breath irregularly or as one dying. The period from the accident to his death was say about one hour & a half.
