Vincent the Property of John Holley Sayeth that Henry went into the River and struck off as trying to Swim and got strangled. Edmond the Property of N Holley said that Said Henry Sat down upon the bank before going in and Said he hated to go in but that he had been in before and if he never came out that it was god's will, he then went in and made two or three kicks and sunk three times and on the fourth time drowned. George F. Hamiter[?] deposeth that said Henry when he found him he was about 7 feet under water that he raised him up there was no visible mark of violence and believes that he came to his death by accidental drowning. William Mource[?] deposeth that he was in company with Mr. Hamiter when said Henry was found and that there was no visible mark of violence on him and believes that he came to his death by accidental drowning. John Holly deposeth that he sent out the said Henry to hous near to little River on the 5th of July and about half past one Oclock of said day word came to him that Henry was drowned, then then went and got Mr. Mource[?] and about half past three of said day the body was found and he believes that he came to his death by accidental drowning. Dr. Glenn deposeth that he examined the body and attempted to resusitate him, but in vain, there were no visible marks of violence and he believes that he came to his death by accidental drowning
