Robertson Osborn Sworn said that Peter was complaining on Monday morning 28th he talked to him he seemed to be Very Sick. But Voluntarily some time in the day got up and went to work and had herd [sic] no complaint since - Till last Knight [sic] about 12 oclock he was up and herd [sic] a fuss at his house (Peters) Door Something Like he was throwing up say that Peter was a obedient servant that he never struck him a lick since he owned him 7 has owned him about 10 years.
