Mary Montgomery Sworn Says When she went to bed the child appeared to be in its usual health, but for a few nights previous it had been quite unwell. She says that it was about two oclock in the night that she discovered the child to be dead. She woke up about that hour and it as above stated. She further says that her husband herself & the child were in the same bed, and that she was the first to wake, and found the child to be dead before her husband.
