Dr. J. F. Smith sworn Says I made Post-mortem examination of Infant male child and found no marks of violence am satisfied its death was caused by premature birth, being satisfied that it was not more than six months old, this examination was made on the 23 of Feb 1886, in Fairfield County S.C.
