Ann Harris Sworn Says that she is the Mother of the dead child & that she lay down on Saturday night about ten Oclock & the child was well. Just before day the child woke her up by crying she quieted it & went to sleep herself & at day light she got up & told her sister that was sleeping with her to take the babe close to her & keep it warm she then made a fire & went back to take the babe & found it was dead She then awoke the family & told her child was dead [husband's and sister's testimony confirm]
