2nd. Witness -- T. B. Jones, duly sworn, testified as follows: I work at Jones' Furniture store in Cheraw. I was going to work. I came out from the house and started into the highway. I came across the highway and as I looked back I saw the car coming. This car was Sgt. Holly's. As he came over the knoll of the road he blew his born. The lady didn't hear it the first time. At the second toot of the horn she jumped towards the car and was thrown in the air and came back to the ground in the road. The car was headed back this way. I told some men to get a car and take her to a hospital so one of them got a car and came on down and out her in it.
