HEYWARD RATLIFF. . . we were going down the road on highway #85 toward Wadesboro. Just as we were going up the knoll I saw the bicycle and it looked to me like it was on our side of the road. Mr. Vaughn pulled over in the road towards the left to let the bicycle Pass because it looked like we were going to hit the bicycle. The bicycle was coming toward Chesterfield. Mr. Vaughn pulled over to miss him and when he did the bicycle pulled into him and we just hit. . .
