SECOND WITNESS: Mr. Carl Sanders?, duly sworn, testified as follows: Well, when this happened the lumber wasn't coming out so I was sitting on the lumber on the trailer iwas loading facing the planer. I heard a noise, saw a plank fly by, on the other side of the planter. I saw Grady Mullis walking over toward it and he came out to me and said, "Lee Blakney is hurt." I jumped off and ran down. I saw lee lying on the ground face down. I ran out to the shop, told Tommy Little, "Lee Blakney is hurt." Then I went back to Lee, told Grady to stop the engine. . .
