My mother-in-law went to the wood pile to get some stove wood to put in the stove and when she came in she said the dog was licking up blood out there and it looked like where a hot had been killed and she wondered where it was coming from. I said I didn't know and we went out to the wood pile and looked. I stood on a chicken box and looked where the blood was and she said she was going to get Roy and see what he thought about the blood and just as she started to go across the field we heard a groan and looked around and I said "Here is a man lieing in the field." I saw him I said "Mr. Rich is that you" and he said "Yes, this is me." I said "What is the matter with you" and he said "I cut myself." "How" I said but I could not understand what he said he just mumbled something. The he said "Where's Roy" and I said "in the field"And he said "Tell Roy to come here" and I called Roy.
