SECOND WITNESS: W. E. McDaniel, duly sworn, testified as follows: James came to the plant with the Service Truck. He got out and came to the machine and serviced the oil cup I turned around in the machine and saw him servicing the cup. That was the last time I saw the boy alive. A few minutes later I didn't see the boy. I looked out the side. I stopped the machined and went to the body. He was lying by the machine. I caught him by his left arm. He didn't move or say a word. No noises whatever were made. I ran to the other machine and got Jack McMillian. We put him on the Service Truck and carried him to the plant. The machine was about 15 ft. from the plant. I called a doctor and the ambulance. There was not drinking. There was no way of telling when the machine caught him. If he hollered I didn't hear him.
