This is to advise that a colored child about 2 yrs. of age, Mildred McDonald, was admitted to the Marlboro County Hospital. . . She was suffering from fracture of the skull with hemorrhage into the braid and a fracture in the middle portion of the left femur (thigh). The child died at 9:30 P.M. on September 26th., 1935 of the brain hemorrhage mentioned above. Respectfully, Douglas Jennings, M.D.
