Walker Edgeworth sworn. I was drinking T Model Ford going west from Pageland on Highway No. 9 about 2 -- miles from Pageland. . . Had one light on car it was burning. Model didn't have lights on. I was moving toward middle of road then to right road. I did not see car until it stuck me. My lights were not [bright?] I was not drinking.
