J. D. Ingram, M D. do my opinion (Shelt Gainey) came to his Death -- front Heart Failure -- be my opinion that he not been dead But Short while
Mrs. Shelt Gainey (says) say her husband did eat a Hart Supper and Fried Pork Hard. . . night before he was complaining of feeling bad and . . . I thought he would died with a serve Brain [???] heart. I first detected him being dead about Day light.
