Mr. W. N. Teal, being duly sworn testified as follows: -- "I was upstairs in black house attending to my duties when Mr. Calder said "look around" and I turned and saw the engine of train No 4 pick up the automobile. Mr Ernest king was driving the car and Mrs Gus Lynch was with him. I found the body of Mrs Lynch underneath the car. The whistle blew as the train was on top of the hill. The train was going North. There were no obstructions to cut off view of train."
