Dr. J. S. Thunderburk Sworn says I have viewed the body of Jack Odom and find he died from natural causes no indications of foul play.

Douglas Sworn Says I was at Church and got in at 1 o'clock he was alive when I come in I did not get up When Mr Smith got up I was awake when Mr Smith got up Mr Odom got up about Light But I noticed he did not get up about his usual time Mr Smith come Back and went to Mr Odom room and . . . he believed Mr Odom was dead and I got up and went to his room and he was dead [rip in page] he has Had Heart trouble.
