Robt Cunningham, who being duly sworn says That Huston Griffith has been sick about one year and was taken worse yesterday evening and continued So until he died. I think that he died between 2 oclock and daylight
Dr. J. S. Funderburk sworn says I have examined the body of Huston Griffith and find that he dide of natural causes.
